Our Story
In 2012, our founders, Phillip and Laura Shero, were living in Uganda to launch LivingStone International University—a bold venture to develop a new generation of transformational leaders across East Africa. The work was deeply personal, built on years of sacrifice, and fueled by a clear sense of purpose: invest in people, align them around a meaningful vision, and equip them to lead with integrity and skill.
When the Sheros returned to Texas in 2013, they carried with them a calling to help transform lives and organizations through leadership. In 2014, that calling became MasterMinds Leadership.
Over time, we have built a deeply human—and rigorously practical—approach to leadership development.
